Pines Elanora - Southern Carpark Solar

The Southern Carpark Solar project is the latest in a decade-long partnership between MCD and The Pines Elanora.

MCD have been engaged to explore and manage the construction of a roof over the existing Southern Carpark, and the subsequent installation of a 1000kW solar system to complement the existing Northern Carpark solar system. MCD’s role includes a feasibility study, management of design and council approvals, tendering both structure and solar aspects, and superintending through construction.

MCD has previously completed a solar roof installation on the Northern Carpark, a covered bus stop walkway and an internal mall refurbishment at the Centre.
