Another successful collaboration between MCD and Churches of Christ, delivering affordable housing to Queenslanders

Churches of Christ (QLD), in partnership with the Queensland State Government, are delivering affordable housing options to help offset low rental vacancies and rising accommodation costs.

Their current development, adjacent to the Bremer River, provided 41 apartments over four storeys, and offering 6 x two-bedrooms and 35 x one-bedrooms to the market in February 2025.

45 carparks are provided on site, along with ground level Community Facilities overlooking local parkland and 99kWs of solar panels on the roof top.
