Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre

MCD Australia was appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent in mid-2021 to undertake numerous works at the existing Shopping Centre located in Toowoomba over 2.5 years. Works undertaken included the fast paced construction of a COVID mass vaccination clinic in an existing undercroft carpark, reconfiguration of an existing fire escape route into a new Coles Entry mall, reconfiguration of several tenancies super structures to create a singe new Crazy Bargains tenancy, a new MyCar auto padsite in the north-east carpark, installation of shade sails to the Coles carparking zone and fitout of over a dozen new tenancy fitout within the Centre.

MCD Australia managed the works, appointing various consultant teams, running several tender programmers and engaging a number of building contractors and specialist installers on behalf of Elanor Investors Group.
