Morayfield Super Centre

MCD Australia was appointed as Project Manager and Superintendent by LaSalle Investment Management to undertake numerous works at the established Morayfield shopping district 40kms north of Brisbane. Since 2020 works undertaken over a three year period included reconfiguration of several tenancies super structures, upgrades to existing access ramps to meet accessibility compliance requirements, a new Guzmen y Gomez (GYG) restaurant padsite in the eastern carpark, installation of shade sails to the Woolworths carparking zone and new wayfinding signage and branding refresh across the Centre.

MCD Australia managed the works, appointing various consultant teams, running several tender programmers and engaging a number of building contractors and specialist installers on behalf of LaSalle.
