Kirra Surf Apartments

The Kirra Surf Apartments was a 12-storey luxury residential building overlooking Kirra Beach in Coolangatta, and located on the site of the famous Kirra Surf Wear shop, who relocated into the ground floor retail space on completion.

The development incorporated a ground floor retail component, fantastic life style recreational spaces, and 92 apartments, several of which had exclusive rooftop terraces.
