Omnia marks MCD’s third luxury beachfront residential apartment complex at Palm Beach in recent years.

Omnia is the third luxury residential apartment development located on the beach-front at Palm Beach that MCD Australia has worked on in recent years.

The 826m2 site comprised an eleven-level residential apartment with two levels of basement parking, a communal first level and eight levels of luxury apartments with a variety of configurations including a Penthouse that occupies the two upper levels of the building complete with a private gym, sauna and steam room, library, a pool with inbuilt spa, and media room.

Works commenced in July 2021 and were completed in late 2023.
